If you wish to reserve rooms before and after the dates of the congress, please indicate this in the comments. A confirmation of these dates will be sent to you separately depending on hotel availability. Room prices before and after the congress dates may be different from the prices during the congress.

Note:

Payment and cancellation conditions for reservations in the event of a no-show, the reservation will be automatically canceled, with no refund possible. If you arrive later or leave earlier than the dates indicated on your registration form, the entire stay is due, and no refund will be made.

Attention, the prices indicated do not include the tourist tax which you will have to pay on the spot directly with the hotel.
